As a Software Architect, you’ll play a critical role in shaping the future of our cloud solutions that empower businesses worldwide. As part of the engineering team, you’ll design and guide modern architectures, mentor engineers, and partner with leadership to drive innovation and scalability. This role blends hands-on development with strategic insight, ensuring that our products are built on a foundation of excellence, resilience, and forward-thinking design.
What You’ll Do:
Define architectural vision and strategies across applications, platforms, services, and integrations to support growth initiatives.
Work as part of an Agile/Scrum team to rapidly deliver high-value features.
Mentor and guide engineers through code reviews, technical feedback, and coaching on best practices.
Contribute to system design, technical planning, and continuous improvement of engineering processes, including identifying opportunities to streamline and automate manual processes.
Build prototypes and AI-powered solutions to validate and de-risk innovative solutions.
Create and maintain architecture documentation, technical diagrams, API specifications and design documents.
Stay current with emerging technologies, providing insights that shape product and platform roadmaps.
Participate in incident response and resolution as needed.
Provide technical insights and recommendations in innovation and strategic planning sessions.

What We’re Looking For:
10+ years of software engineering experience, with 5+ years as a Software Architect.
Proven success architecting scalable, multi-tenant SaaS or IaaS solutions.
Proficiency in multiple languages/frameworks (Python, Node.js, PHP, Angular, Laravel preferred).
Expertise in cloud environments (OpenStack, Ceph) and Linux/Unix administration (Virtualization, Networking, Object and Block Storage, Image Management, etc.).
Mastery of Docker and Kubernetes as well as strong Infrastructure as Code (IaC) experience including Terraform, and configuration management tools like Saltstack, Puppet, Ansible, or Chef.
Hands-on experience with AI-assisted IDEs (Cursor or similar), LLMs, AI agents, orchestration frameworks, and observability tools.
Ability to design and deploy AI-powered solutions at scale (chatbots, private/public LLM integrations, automated workflows).
Experience building fully automated CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions or similar tools.
Strong knowledge of data management strategies, software design principles, algorithms, and large-scale architecture patterns (DDD, SOLID, Event-Driven, DRY, etc.).
Knowledge of OWASP standards, penetration testing, HIDS, NIDS, and key management.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide teams.
