E-commerce Department ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
You will be responsible for the overall digital commerce strategy and execution for NUDESTIX, NUDESKIN, and NUDEBODY brands. Your mission is to increase brand visibility and collaborate internally. Digital Marketing
Planning:
Manage the weekly, monthly, quarterly animation/activation/offer calendar for owned D2C platforms (Nudestix.com, and Amazon) Sales Targets and Marketing Budgets:
Create plans to meet sales targets and manage expenses accordingly. Paid Media:
Manage end-to-end execution of all paid media campaigns, including strategy development, briefing, performance analysis, and optimization for all platforms (Search, META, Tik Tok, YouTube etc), this includes oversight on budget allocation and spending by campaign and platform. Own and manage traffic in all marketing channels, both paid and organic channels. Maintain and manage the affiliate marketing performance with affiliate publishers. Act as the primary liaison between the media agency and the internal teams. Develop and execute CRM strategies to grow the database and enhance customer retention, engagement, and loyalty. Leverage data-driven insights to inform segmentation, personalization, and lifecycle marketing initiatives. Partnerships:
Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize email marketing, SMS campaigns, and other customer touchpoints. Work collaboratively with the creative team for asset requests and creative needs. Provide detailed performance reporting and analytics for campaigns on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. Review and align on all paid media opportunities for all retail partners (e.g., Sephora, ULTA, Macy’s On-site campaigns). New product development for NUDESTIX.com exclusive offerings and assortment. Key KPIs:
Traffic and Sales E-commerce/Site Management
Ongoing development and enhancements of the website, enabling new features and capabilities. Manage the digital roadmap, including resourcing planning, capacity planning, and budget. Own the relationship and performance of key platforms/apps, which include: personalization, on-site search, virtual-try on, quizzes, payment providers, ratings & reviews, etc. Execution of campaign launches, new product launches, and general site maintenance. All site merchandising, content refreshes, product catalogue management, navigation system etc. Technical SEO management and maintenance. Production Support: overall health and stability of the site, including site-speed, mobile performance, Accessibility/AODA compliance, Data/GDPR/CASL compliance, etc. Key liaison between the business/creative and the IT teams to communicate requirements and manage deliverables. Inventory management and fulfillment processes with the Operations & 3PL team. Manage setup and support for live activations for point of sale (POS). Manage Amazon 3P storefront and work with the agency on Amazon media. Performance Optimization of the site performance KPI's: Traffic, Add To Cart, Engagement, Conversion Rate, Revenue KPIs. Team/People Management
Lead team of 1-2 direct reports in managing their performance, employee engagement, workload/capacity, and general support. Work collaboratively with the cross-functional team, which includes: Social, PR/Influencer, Finance, Operations, Customer Service, Retail, Education, and IT. Manage agency/partner relationships with vendors and service teams. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
6+ years of experience in a similar role with a Bachelor's Degree in Digital Marketing or related field
