PROS is seeking a Director of Marketing Analytics & Technology to lead the strategic evolution of our marketing & SDR technology and data infrastructure. This role is responsible for architecting our analytics foundation, scaling reporting capabilities, and optimizing marketing technology to drive revenue performance. You will own attribution modeling, measurement frameworks, system integration, and tool governance while enabling scalable execution across the funnel. This is a cross-functional leadership role that partners closely with Revenue Operations, Digital, and Sales Enablement to ensure the marketing organization is powered by clean data, actionable insights, and high-performance infrastructure. You will manage a team spanning marketing automation, analytics, and digital systems, and play a critical role in setting the roadmap for AI-readiness, automation, and data privacy compliance. Marketing Technology Lead the execution and optimization of PROS’ marketing technology stack – including Marketo, Salesforce, Outreach, Demandbase, and related platforms – ensuring system reliability, integration efficiency, and scalability to support demand programs. Manage platform governance, vendor relationships, and data flow integrity to maintain high operational standards and campaign readiness. Establish and oversee SOPs, intake processes, and SLAs that enable responsive, high-quality support for campaign enablement, tooling requests, and reporting workflows. Maintain and improve lead management infrastructure – including scoring models, lifecycle stages, and enrichment workflows – ensuring accuracy, compliance, and readiness for segmentation and personalization initiatives. Analytics & Reporting Lead the implementation of marketing analytics capabilities, including dashboards, attribution models, and reporting frameworks across Power BI, Salesforce, and related systems. Translate performance data into clear insights that support campaign optimization, pipeline forecasting, and cross-functional planning. Build and manage lead pacing models that align historical performance trends, channel-level metrics (e.g., CPL, CAC, ROI), and budget allocations with pipeline goals, supporting FY and quarterly planning cycles. Own the strategy for automated contact and account data enrichment using platforms like ZoomInfo and Cognism, ensuring data accuracy and completeness within Salesforce to support segmentation, personalization, and sales enablement. Oversee segmentation analysis, funnel diagnostics, and performance forecasting to inform channel mix decisions and campaign execution. Website & CMS Management Provide strategic oversight for the PROS website, guiding roadmap priorities, experience optimization, and integration alignment with marketing goals. Lead and mentor the web development team, setting expectations for backlog management, localization strategy, and translation workflows. Define performance standards and success metrics for the website; partner with developers and analytics resources to monitor insights using tools like GA4, Crazy Egg, and SEO platforms. Ensure best practices in technical SEO are embedded into development workflows and aligned with AI/LLM-driven search discoverability trends. Own CMS governance decisions, including platform roadmap, plugin evaluation, and replatforming initiatives, with a focus on scalability, UX consistency, and operational efficiency. Directly manage a team across marketing automation, marketing analytics, and web development disciplines. Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture with clear accountability and growth paths for team members. Ensure smooth onboarding, delegation, and performance management for contractors and other support resources. Stay current on emerging MarTech trends and bring forward recommendations for innovation and modernization Compliance & Security Maintain compliance with global data privacy regulations (e.g.,

GDPR ,

CCPA ) across marketing technologies and web assets. Partner with IT to complete security reviews and documentation for new marketing tools and vendor integrations. Required Qualifications

10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing operations, analytics, and/or website management. 5+ years of people management experience across marketing automation, analytics, and web development teams. Expertise with tools such as Marketo, Salesforce, Power BI, ZoomInfo, Cognism, and RingLead. Proven success with data enrichment, attribution modeling, and funnel reporting. Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage intake processes, and implement scalable operations. Highly Preferred

AI Literacy:

Demonstrates a solid understanding of core AI concepts, terminology, and practical applications. Effectively leverages AI tools to enhance productivity, insights, and decision-making, while adhering to ethical standards and best practices. Prompt Engineering:

Skilled at crafting clear, structured, and effective prompts to optimize the quality, relevance, and utility of AI-generated outputs. Agentic AI:

Understands the role of autonomous agents in streamlining workflows and automating end-to-end tasks. Able to build, utilize, or manage agentic AI systems and integrate them into business processes. Experience with technical SEO, web analytics tools (e.g., GA4, Crazy Egg), and marketing data infrastructure is highly preferred. Experience managing site architecture with an eye toward future AI and LLM-based search discoverability and structured data optimization. Background in international website localization and CMS governance. Skills & Competencies
