Lead - Talent Acquisition

to drive our recruitment efforts and lead the end-to-end hiring process. Responsibilities

Lead and manage full-cycle recruitment across multiple functions and levels Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and translate them into effective hiring strategies Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent Mentor and guide junior recruiters or TA team members (if applicable) Own and optimize recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, quality of hire, pipeline health) Champion employer branding and candidate experience initiatives Collaborate with HR and People Ops on onboarding and workforce planning Stay updated on talent market trends and best practices Qualifications

2-3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, including experience in a lead or senior role Proven ability to manage high-volume or specialized hiring Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Experience with ATS platforms and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, etc.) Ability to influence and drive change in a fast-paced environment Prior experience in [industry, e.g., tech, healthcare, finance] is a plus How to apply
