What You Will Do
Facilitating the creation/maintenance of warranty policy (terms & conditions) for Caterpillar products Collaborating with enterprise business partners on projects that require integration with warranty processes Analyzing and interpreting warranty data and making recommendations to support business decisions Reviewing documentation, verifying accuracy and resolving discrepancies Data table maintenance ensuring proper setup for warranty Supporting warranty training for dealers and internal teams Conducting auditing of warranty claims Answering warranty-related questions from dealers and internal partners Responsible for the serial number registration for special term policies Responsible for supporting the warranty help desk by researching and providing resolution to dealer inquiries What You Have (Basic Requirements)
Education: A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (5+ years of relevant work experience) Effective Communications: Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to transmit, receive, and interpret ideas, information, and needs Customer Focus: Commitment to aligning customer needs and satisfaction in decisions and solutions Problem Solving: Ability to recognize, anticipate, and resolve problems; apply problem-solving skills Relationship Management: Ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with clients, vendors, and peers Data Gathering & Analysis: Ability to collect and synthesize data from multiple sources to reach conclusions What Will Set You Apart (Top Candidates Will Have)
Strong project management, collaboration, change management, attention to detail, and data analytics Experience with Caterpillar dealers, product groups, or industry teams in product support Knowledge of Caterpillar warranty policies and processes Knowledge of Caterpillar service and engineering systems (SIS, SIMS, SCAS, TMI, RWA, etc) What You Will Get
