???? About the Role

We are seeking an entry-level MES Software Engineer (Operations) to support the operation of a next-generation Semiconductor Vertical Manufacturing (SVM) Smart Factory in Covington, GA.

This role is ideal for candidates with up to 2 years of experience who are eager to grow their careers in semiconductor manufacturing IT systems.

You will play a key role in ensuring stable factory operations through system monitoring, reporting, and log analysis.



???? Key Responsibilities

✅ Monitor and manage anomalies across lots, equipment, and logistics within the MES system.

✅ Generate and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.

✅ Conduct log and data analysis to support troubleshooting and improve system stability.

✅ Collaborate with process, equipment, and automation teams to ensure reliable factory operations.

✅Learn and apply SOPs and best practices for semiconductor vertical manufacturing.



???? Qualifications & Requirements

✅ Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

✅ Experience

  • 0-2 years (internship or full-time experience in IT, MES, or semiconductor manufacturing is a plus).
  • Experience with relational database systems like Oracle (SQL, Procedures, RDBMS).
  • Proficiency in Java programming and operating systems such as Linux.

✅ Skills

  • Strong analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication skills to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in English or Korean (reading, writing, speaking, and listening).
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

???? Preferred Qualifications

  • Understanding of MES or manufacturing IT systems.
  • Exposure to semiconductor or factory automation environments.
  • Interest in smart factory operations, data-driven manufacturing, and Industry 4.0 technologies.
