Overview The Vein to Vein team supports the Clinical & Commercial organizations from patient enrollment through treatment delivery and infusion. We plan demand actualization for manufacturing on a per-patient basis and manage the Chain of Identity and Chain of Custody for each patient, while supporting the Customer Order Management Process. These are vital elements of the Autologous Cell Therapy Treatment Experience.
Key Responsibilities
Partner cross-functionally with Raritan Warehouse, Manufacturing, and Quality teams to improve process efficiency
Support activities related to the receipt and release of patient material into and out of manufacturing
Participate and lead initiatives to streamline local communication, improve access to critical data, and build sustainability for scaling of operations
Support the CoC / CoI process by understanding system processes and proposing enhancements to improve customer and user experiences
Perform tasks in a manner consistent with safety policies, quality systems, and cGMP requirements
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications Education Working towards Undergraduate Degree in Business, Supply Chain or Engineering
Experience and Skills Required
Permanently authorized to work in the U.S.; must not require sponsorship of an employment visa at the time of application or in the future
Understanding of Supply Chain Processes & End to End
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
Good written and verbal skills
Ability to summarize and present results
Preferred
Customer Facing Experience
Willingness to Learn & Grow within Team
Experience within a launch / start up environment
Other Requirements:
Location is Raritan, NJ; Language requirement is English; Travel is occasional to other J&J facilities. Travel outside NJ/PA area
The anticipated base pay for this position is between $23.00 per hour and $51.50 per hour, depending on program year, discipline, degree, and/or experience. This position is overtime eligible. Intern/Co-ops may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs such as medical insurance, sick time, holiday pay, and the Company’s consolidated retirement plan in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans. Housing stipend may be offered for those that qualify. This position is ineligible for severance.
