Job Details / Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field (Master’s preferred).
10+ years of quality assurance leadership experience in complex manufacturing environments.
Expertise with quality systems (ISO 9001, Six Sigma, Lean); Six Sigma Black Belt or ASQ certifications preferred.
Proven success leading cross-functional teams and driving quality improvements across operations and supply chain.
Experience in rail, aerospace, defense, or other highly regulated manufacturing industries with strong knowledge of compliance requirements.
