Provide overall leadership and direction for the community. Ensure compliance with all state regulations and quality standards. Manage and monitor budgets to achieve financial objectives. Recruit, train, and retain a talented and engaged team. Maintain strong relationships with residents, families, staff, and referral sources. Foster a culture of respect, service excellence, and collaboration. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience as an Executive Director in Assisted Living, Independent Living, or Home Care. Knowledge of state regulations governing senior living communities. Administrator’s license, if required by the state. Strong computer proficiency and ability to learn new systems quickly. Seniority level
