Base pay range

$42.68- $42.68/hr. Responsibilities
Performs complex data analysis in support of ad-hoc and standing management or customer requests. Develops programs, methodologies, and files for analyzing and presenting data. Uses and supports database applications and analytical tools. Evaluates data quality, applications, and functions. Produces output and maintains operation. Researches new data sources and analytical tools. Contributes to new product development and improvement in product delivery and presentation. Develops awareness of and familiarity with issues and events affecting organization, department, and/or customer. Works with users/customers in data collection and query systems and provides accurate interpretation of data, applying knowledge to evaluation, analysis, and interpretation of data. Develops appropriate methodologies for collecting, analyzing, and presenting data products. Develops useful and insightful information from a variety of data sources. Collaborates with management and/or customers to develop and understand product specifications. Communicates regularly and effectively with team members and management, and presents results to management and/or customers. Delivers data products in report/presentation format, or verbally, to management and/or customer specifications and timelines. Identifies system or process problems and engages the team in problem solving. Facilitates satisfactory communication and resolution of problems. Skills
Collect vendor data and internal data and build into interactive visualizations in Tableau. Monitor, analyze, and report business metrics. Take ownership of scoping data needs and finding insights in the data. Provide expertise in tools such as Tableau, SQL, MS Excel, PowerPoint, etc. to conduct analysis, deliver accurate findings and create dashboards and insightful PowerPoint decks. Python is a plus. Build and report inventory and GMV trends & insights for executive reporting. Provide commentary on changes and drivers. Build and maintain market growth & share models & charts on an ongoing basis for each focus category. This includes deep dives on core competitive set triangulating data from various vendors and industry news. Collaborate with stakeholders, vendors and internal teams to enable accurate and timely data-feeds to drive strategic business decisions through accurate monthly/quarterly reporting and support strategy decks formation. Analyze data to create comparable metrics for competitive analysis. Work cross-functionally with Analytics and category teams for side-by-side comparisons with competitors. Support overall team goals and take on projects as directed for ad hoc day-to-day requests. Work closely with team members on vertical projects data gathering and research. Provide technical advice on data availability, gathering methods and timelines for different projects. Drive process improvement for the team to increase efficiency, automation, and accuracy in data gathering and visualization. Regularly communicate progress, escalate risks, and report completion of projects to the manager. Maintain attention to detail and flawless execution; engage with project stakeholders to ensure deliverables align with project goals. Pay Transparency
The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is:
$42.68- $42.68/hr. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience and the benefits package you select. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
