Overview
Genesis10 is seeking a Scrum Master/Quality Assurance Engineer with our client in the financial industry located in Chicago, IL, Jersey City, NJ, Plano, TX, Newark, DE, Richmond, VA. This is a 12+ month contract position. Pay Range:
$63.94-$71.94 Responsibilities
Facilitate the Scrum framework by coaching the team, remove impediments, and promote continuous improvement to enhance team performance and product quality Facilitate Scrum events, coach team members and the Product Owner, protect the team from external distractions, and ensure adherence to agile principles and Scrum practices throughout the organization Ensure software products meet quality standards by designing, executing, and automating tests to identify defects before release Create test plans, find and document bugs, collaborate with developers to resolve issues, analyze test results, and ensure the software is functional, reliable, and meets user requirements and industry standards Note:
