This role will support the Third Party Response Team within the firm’s Litigation, Arbitration & Regulatory Enforcement Legal Team. What You’ll Do

Process civil and criminal subpoenas, including gathering documents, preparing responses, communicating with attorneys and clients, and handling a large volume of work within set target dates

Provide administrative support to the litigation group, including responding to regulatory and litigation requests

Formulate search parameters to obtain responsive data from internal and external databases

Provide information responsive to requests in a variety of formats as needed

Assist with special projects as needed

What You Bring

Bachelor’s Degree

1–3 years experience in an in‑house legal department, law firm, or related field

A fast learner who can adapt to new processes and technology

Ability to balance multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment, while collaborating as a team and working independently to get the job done

Strong organization skills and experience with data analysis

High level of accuracy and superb attention to detail

Strong time management skills

In addition to the base pay range listed below, this role is eligible for bonus opportunities and benefits.

Base pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of factors including education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. The expected base pay range is aligned to one of three compensation zones. For locations not listed, compensation can be discussed with your recruiter during the interview process.

Base Pay Range Zone 1 (Menlo Park, CA; New York, NY; Bellevue, WA; Washington, DC): $33.15 — $39 USD

Zone 2 (Denver, CO; Westlake, TX; Chicago, IL): $29.33 — $34.50 USD

Zone 3 (Lake Mary, FL; Clearwater, FL; Gainesville, FL): $25.93 — $30.50 USD
