Position summary: CVS Health is looking for an experienced Lead - Sr Salesforce Administrator to design and configure platform solutions. As a Lead - Sr Salesforce Administrator, you will drive the efficiency and effectiveness of our growing Salesforce team to help them thrive while ensuring best practices. This role is a trusted advisor on all things Salesforce, bridging business and technology across multiple product domains supporting Salesforce initiatives. Responsibilities

Serve as primary system administrator for the Salesforce.com environment with 3500+ users Work with partners and architects to identify scalable Salesforce solutions addressing business requirements Collaborate with the Salesforce team to address business challenges with declarative configuration and development Act as gatekeeper for decisions on declarative configurations vs. programmatic code, in line with Salesforce guiding principles Partner with product counterparts and non-technical business leaders to translate needs into solutions Manage Salesforce.com data feeds and other integrations Coordinate evaluation, scope, and completion of new business requests Improve data quality in the Salesforce org across end-to-end processes Evaluate internal processes and design solutions to improve operational efficiencies Work with 3rd-party vendors to implement new systems and features Assist in training of new users and grow Salesforce skills across the organization Ensure solutions are scalable and align with best practices Execute configuration changes and perform new release evaluations and feature rollouts Perform mass data imports using APIs or import tools Manage and implement customization requests (process builders, workflows, flows, alerts, automated emails, etc.) Collaborate with developers to refactor existing code toward declarative automation Maintain updated system documentation and SFDC policies and procedures Ensure solutions align with SFDC best practices and guiding principles Lead direction of declarative solutions for initiatives Required Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Salesforce administrator Salesforce Admin (ADM-201) certification Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder Understanding of SDLC with DevOps tools (Copado / Gearset / Flosum) Experience with Service Cloud and Omni Channel, telephony CTI integrations Experience implementing Contact Centers on Salesforce using NiCE CXone / Five9 Preferred Qualifications

Strong Salesforce System Admin skills: user management, workflows/rules, page and custom object config, Site and Community config Experience collaborating with other Salesforce admins, developers, architects, and partners Experience designing outbound auto dialer campaigns and complex inbound routing Experience with installed packages and/or connected apps Experience with Salesforce Lightning and custom page layouts per profile Experience working on SCRUM teams with Jira Proven ability to design new processes and drive user adoption Strong platform understanding to build custom apps/objects, formulas, and automation Strong data management abilities and a track record of delivering projects Ability to understand and articulate complex requirements Education

Bachelor's degree preferred or specialized training/relevant professional qualification Additional Details

Anticipated Weekly Hours: 40 Time Type: Full time Pay Range: The Typical Pay Range For This Role Is $83,430.00 - $222,480.00. This range represents base pay; actual offer will depend on factors including experience, geography, and other considerations. Eligible for CVS Health bonus or incentive program.
