We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our banking team. In this role, you will provide high-quality customer support via phone and digital channels, assist with account transactions, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure customer satisfaction. You’ll also be responsible for entering and maintaining accurate data in our systems and escalating concerns to management when necessary.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced call center environment
- High volume inbound phone interaction, problem solving, and account transaction processing in a timely manner
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to banking products and services
- Process account transactions accurately and efficiently
- Provide technical assistance and product knowledge
- Maintain detailed records in a computerized database
- Communicate customer concerns and operational issues to management
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2+ years of proven call center experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of consistent work experience in a related role. Demonstrated tenure and reliability in previous positions is required.
- Prior banking experience is a plus.
- Excellent prioritization skills in a high-volume setting
- PC proficiency and data entry experience
Details:
- Pay: $25/hr.
- Pay cycle – weekly | medical, dental & vision benefits offered for enrollment.
- Shifts: employees can be assigned either four 10-hour shifts or five 8-hour shifts.
- Available shifts: 1st shift (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM), swing shift (10:30 AM – 7:00 PM) or overnights.
- Onsite position five days per week. Applicants must be in a commutable distance to Lake Mary, FL
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
