Position Summary
This position will be responsible for daily cash operations and liquidity working with business lines across the enterprise to ensure efficient processing of payments and receipts. The candidate will manage a team of five to six analysts supporting the daily operations. The position will work to develop liquidity strategies with focus on continuous process improvement as well as development of the team.
Direct cash management operations to include daily cash administration.
Review and drive improvements in cash management, ensuring financial obligations are met in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Manage daily cash transfer activity and processes. Act as subject matter expert to appropriately execute disbursements.
Review and approve wire, ACH and EFT transfers; ensure transactions have appropriate documentation and authorization.
Continually evaluate the effectiveness of operational procedures and controls to maximize departmental productivity and minimize errors.
Analyze and solve problems stemming from payment processes.
Ensure accuracy and timely distribution of reporting.
Confer with bank personnel to effect fund transfers.
Develop and mentor staff.
Maintain integrity and accuracy of funds transfers.
Provide support for internal and external auditors. Ensure cash transactions are in compliance with SOX/audit requirements and standard cash processing guidelines.
Participate in new cash initiatives to ensure proper workflows are established and processes are documented.
Role
This role is work-at-home flexible. It can be based remotely in the U.S. or near one of the campuses listed below. If you are commutable to one of the following Corporate Hubs, you must work in the office 2 or more days a week:

Required Qualifications
5-7 years of relevant experience in Banking and/or Treasury
4+ years of experience with Integrity or similar Treasury workstation
Preferred Qualifications
Finance/Certified Treasury Professional (CTP)
Access Database - Microsoft Access
Proficient Microsoft Office user
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration preferred or equivalent experience is required.

Pay Range
The Typical Pay Range For This Role Is $66,330.00 - $145,860.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
