Responsible for the attainment of sales production goals.* Manage ongoing client relationship and as appropriate in the capacity of an Investment Advisor Representative.

This responsibility will be measured through customer asset retention and customer satisfaction metrics.* Quarterback the delivery of the Voya value proposition (America’s retirement company) at the individual customer level by directing all outbound campaigns and service delivery activities for the individual customer.

This responsibility will primarily be measured by customer retention metrics and service execution.* Model industry leading sales, service and customer relationship best practices, share these best practices across the Voya PS&SS organization, and be fully compliant with regulatory and/or fiduciary standards as appropriate.* Other duties and projects as assignedResponsible for the attainment of personally assigned and division-paid production goals while working with minimal daily supervision. Primary clients are within the mass affluent segment of Voya’s Retail IRA business.

Conduct needs analysis to help clients make the best investment decision for their individual situation.

Ability to implement advanced strategies for customers in a retail account including, but not limited to, retirement income planning and wealth accumulation.

* Identified representative will show strong sales and customer relationship experience, a full understanding of retirement and retirement income planning, full adherence to FINRA/DOL fiduciary standards (including delivery of service against those standards) and will be dedicated to delivering an outstanding customer experience with every customer interaction.* Willingness to share best practices, strong work ethic, combination of inbound and outbound calling experience and leadership traits are expected.Bachelor's Degree required.

Financial services or related experience of 2–5 years is preferred. **Required FINRA registrations Series 7, 66 or 65/63** and CRPC designation or ability to obtain within a limited time period.

MBA, CFP or CFA designations are preferred, not required. Actual compensation offered may vary from the posted salary range based upon the candidate’s geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
