Job Description Responsibilities
Support research scientists with their experiments based on company protocol, method, and procedures Examine and perform analysis on peptides, nucleic acids, proteins, and antibodies using general wet chemistry techniques and various instruments, such as: HPLC, Solo-VPE, MFI, AKTA, DLS, HI-AC, Viscosity Formulate and characterize lipid nanoparticles Support scientists with the formulation of biologics and nucleic acids, and buffers, as needed Follow GLP and good documentation using an electronic lab notebook Help with organizing and cleaning of lab and work environment Follow documentation and safety practices Ensure adherence to the highest quality and efficiency standards in laboratory operations Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in biology, biochemistry, chemistry, or other related field with 3-4 years of relevant laboratory experience. Master’s degree in biology, biochemistry, chemistry, or other related field with 1-2 years of relevant laboratory experience. Hands-on experience with pipetting, pH, Uv-VIS and HPLC. Understanding of industry practices and standards. Ability to independently troubleshoot and interpret experimental results. Preferred Qualifications Strong computer, scientific, and organizational skills. Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship.
