Lead the development of Brand strategy, positioning and architecture to grow brand distinctively, relevance, awareness, and familiarity. Lead a high performing team of Account Strategists, Communication Planners and Brand Reviewer/Trainer, collaborating with the Sr. Creative Director and Marketing Leaders to deliver best-in-class creative and content across channels. Develop and socialize Brand Strategy to colleagues in Brand & Communications, Marketing and other Divisions. Serve on the Brand & Communications Leadership team and partner with Creative Agency, Public Engagement, Digital, and key clients. Provide thought partnership to Marketing peers and cross-functional partners to ensure brand consistency in storytelling. Lead strategic direction and planning for master brand campaign launches in collaboration with the Vice President. Oversee the development of creative design briefs for top initiatives to ensure clear direction for the creative team. Lead ideas for new content activations and channels based on trends, audience insights, and external environment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to map and optimize content strategies for each audience, using measurement and analytics to test and learn and improve efforts. Provide input on paid media strategy, including audience targeting, channels, and formats, in partnership with the media team and agencies. You Bring These Skills
7-10 years of progressive experience in marketing and brand strategy with multi-media content development or related fields. Experience in omnichannel environments (digital, social, video, traditional) with a track record in managing external agencies or creative partners. Proven experience developing and executing national marketing campaigns, promotions, and partnerships. Expertise in audience segmentation, brand positioning, and tracking studies with ability to generate actionable insights. Ability to integrate creative strategy with performance metrics in partnership with analytics and media teams. Excellent creative judgment and strategic thinking; strong cross-functional collaboration and influence. Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (eight years) of work experience; 7-10 years of progressive experience in marketing and brand strategy with multimedia content development or related fields. Experience in omnichannel environments (digital, social, video, traditional media) and managing external agencies or creative partners. Proven experience developing and executing national marketing campaigns, promotions, and partnerships. Expertise in audience segmentation, brand positioning, and tracking studies with ability to generate actionable insights. Ability to integrate creative strategy with performance metrics in partnership with analytics and media teams. Salary & Benefits
Expected hiring range
is $128,500 - $146,400. The posted hiring salary range reflects pay for U.S. locations and is determined using market data and internal compensation guidelines. Actual compensation may vary based on geography, experience, and applicable laws. About World Vision
