Support the North America interactive division of Bally’s rapidly growing nationwide omni-channel gaming and entertainment company by providing a wide variety of legal support to help achieve ambitions and drive rapid, ongoing growth. We are looking for someone with experience supporting a business legal function who will thrive in a robust and fast-paced commercial environment where everyone’s contribution matters. Responsibilities
Review and assist in drafting and negotiating various agreements including content acquisitions, software licensing and development agreements, service level agreements, IT supply contracts, brand partnership and license agreements, procurement and product agreements, non-disclosure agreements, consultancy arrangements, and advertising, marketing, and sponsorship contracts with agencies, media owners, marketing affiliates and advertising platforms for our B2C gaming brands. Provide legal interpretation and assistance across multiple function areas and general commercial contracts matters. Manage and maintain template agreements and oversee renewals and amendments of contracts. Develop or review brand, marketing and communications materials. Assist in maintaining and revising privacy policies, terms of use, contest rules, and internal controls. Support relevant business teams and other attorneys to ensure appropriate risk oversight of relationships with business partners. Perform legal research and ensure compliance with laws, rules, and regulations. Competencies

Juris Doctorate degree (required). Licensed attorney in good standing of at least one U.S. state bar (required). Preferred 3 to 5 years of experience as an attorney either with a law firm or in-house with a public or private organization. What’s In It For You
