Strategic Talent Acquisition:

Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to identify, engage, and hire top executive talent. Strategic Leadership:

Formulate and execute executive recruiting strategies in alignment with business objectives; collaborate with senior leadership to understand growth goals and executive hiring requirements. Search & Selection:

Perform in-depth interviews and assessments of executive candidates to evaluate qualifications, leadership potential, and cultural fit; use advanced assessment tools to support hiring decisions; present detailed candidate reports and recommendations to senior leadership. Executive Partnership:

Act as a trusted advisor to the executive team and hiring managers; gain a deep understanding of business strategy and culture to align talent efforts; offer insights on market dynamics and compensation trends. Candidate Relationship Management:

Cultivate long-term relationships with potential executive candidates; lead the candidate journey from initial contact through offer acceptance and onboarding. Continuous Improvement:

Drive initiatives to enhance the recruitment process, create metrics and reports to monitor impact, and stay abreast of industry trends and new recruitment technologies. Qualifications

10+ years of experience in executive recruitment with a successful track record of placing executive-level talent; preferably a mix of in-house and external search experience in the healthcare industry. Proven experience delivering strategic, consultative recruiting solutions at an accelerated pace; ability to collaborate with business leaders, HR Business Partners and Enterprise TA Team. Strong leadership, executive presence, gravitas, and ability to influence at all levels; capability to lead through change and ambiguity. High business acumen and understanding of the current executive talent market; ability to attract talent and build CVS Health’s brand. Proven ability to drive business outcomes through people initiatives and to manage multiple strategic efforts simultaneously. Ability to work at pace, meet deadlines, and adapt to shifting goals. Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs. Technology Strong experience with Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter, MS Office (including Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Travel 15% travel within the Northeast region. Education Bachelor’s Degree required. Location Ideally based in CT, RI, MA, NY, or Chicago. Pay Range The Typical Pay Range For This Role Is $100,000.00 - $231,540.00. This base range may vary by experience, education, geography and other factors. Eligible for CVS Health bonus/commission or short-term incentive, plus equity award target. Benefits
