Overview
We are seeking an experienced Solutions Architect with expertise in cloud-native and hybrid application design. The ideal candidate will provide architectural leadership across Agile development initiatives, ensuring technical solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with enterprise standards. This role combines strategic vision with hands-on technical guidance, working closely with development teams and stakeholders to translate requirements into robust architectural solutions. Responsibilities
Architect and implement cloud-native and hybrid solutions with a focus on scalability, security, and performance. Serve as a technical anchor and architectural lead across Agile teams, ensuring alignment with business and enterprise architecture goals. Define and maintain solution architecture blueprints, driving modernization initiatives including legacy migration and DevSecOps adoption. Lead evaluation and selection of technology stacks, frameworks, and integration patterns, particularly for microservices, APIs, and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS). Provide hands-on support through code reviews, performance tuning, and troubleshooting. Promote enterprise integration standards and reusable design patterns. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (UX, QA, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and business stakeholders) to ensure user-centric and technically sound solutions. Facilitate architectural decision-making during Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives). Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline. 8+ years of hands-on experience in software development and solution architecture. Proven experience architecting and implementing cloud-native and hybrid solutions. Strong expertise in Microsoft Azure, AWS, microservices, APIs, and DevSecOps practices. Prior experience as a senior developer or technical lead with delivery of complex, scalable applications. Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and the ability to embed architecture practices within Agile workflows. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills. Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with emerging technologies and industry best practices.
