Overview

Senior Insights Solutions Partner at Pinterest. You will be responsible for understanding business priorities and developing content that contributes to sales-led revenue and/or deepens strategic advertiser partnerships through custom insights analysis. Working with Sales leaders, you will identify the most significant questions posed by advertisers that can be addressed through data and research, ideate and execute insights research projects leveraging internal behavioral data analysis, qualitative/quantitative studies, and syndicated research integration. You will distill findings into actionable recommendations and compelling insights stories. What You’ll Do

Independently design and execute analysis of first party platform data to make recommendations that impact advertisers’ business objectives on Pinterest for key industries (e.g., Retail, CPG, Travel, Tech/Telco, Financial Services) Complement first party data findings by analyzing third party syndicated data sources (comScore, GlobalWebIndex, Mintel) for industry perspectives Collaborate with key Sales and cross-functional (XFN) stakeholders to plan projects and deliver final outputs Build and manage stakeholder engagement activities to develop effective relationships Translate data into compelling, actionable narratives that incorporate stakeholder input and business questions Contribute to or lead global workstreams while partnering with team members in the US Position Insights at Pinterest as a marketplace differentiator using powerful intent-driven signals of our consumers What We’re Looking For

6+ years of relevant experience in Insights, Sales enablement, or marketing 3+ years designing and leading insights deliverables using 1st and third-party data Experience working with Sales stakeholders in the digital/media/advertising industry Excellent relationship-building skills and ability to work cross-functionally as well as independently Proven ability to operate independently, tell data-backed stories, and deliver results in a highly organized yet engaging manner Experience creating slide presentations in Google Slides; interest in data visualization a plus Strong communication skills and ability to use data storytelling to craft engaging insights for diverse audiences Ability to connect data analysis to real business questions/objectives to drive decisions SQL data querying/manipulation skills; R or Python and/or Jupyter experience a plus Adaptability to changing circumstances and new challenges in a dynamic environment Understanding of and passion for Pinterest Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field such as Marketing, or equivalent experience Relocation
