Define and communicate a compelling product vision and 3-year roadmap aligned with organizational objectives Lead product planning, software release coordination, and backlog management Translate business needs and customer insights into clear, actionable user stories and product features Ensure product quality, data integrity, and compliance with information security standards Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions What is Required (Qualifications)

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, Product Development, Business Administration, or a related field 6+ years of experience in product management, business analysis, software development, or a related discipline Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in an agile environment Strong technical acumen with the ability to understand and communicate complex concepts Experience with agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, Jira) How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
