The Senior Programmatic Manager – Product & AI will serve as a strategic individual contributor piloting a new “Product” function within T-Mobile’s in-house Digital Media Investment team. This role bridges media buying expertise with product management competence to advance T-Mobile’s programmatic advertising capabilities. The Senior Manager will develop and implement a comprehensive roadmap for programmatic media platforms (Google DV360, The Trade Desk, Amazon DSP, Blis), ensuring our internal campaign teams have the latest tools and strategies to achieve business objectives. This role requires a visionary mentality to drive innovation in areas like AI-driven bidding and automation, coupled with the analytical difficulty to forecast media spend and performance for executive leadership. The ideal candidate is comfortable translating sophisticated technical concepts into business value, presenting detailed insights to SVP+ interested parties, and collaborating cross-functionally to turn data and technology into relevant marketing outcomes.
