161,600 (minimum) - $202,000 (midpoint) - $242,400(maximum)* Long-term incentive compensation in the form of equity* All members included in annual cash bonus opportunity.

Spending* Voluntary benefits, including:* Home / Auto Insurance discounts* Whole Life Insurance / Critical Illness Insurance / Legal Assistance / Military Leave**What You Will Be Doing****Leadership and Team Management:*** Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Comm Ops Managers to achieve performance targets and enhance customer satisfaction.* Foster a positive and collaborative team culture that promotes accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.* Set clear goals and expectations for the team, providing regular performance feedback and coaching.**Customer Relationship Management:*** Act as a primary point of escalation for high-value or complex customer issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.* Build and maintain strong relationships with key aerospace customers, understanding their unique needs and challenges.* Proactively identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and exceed client expectations.**Operational Oversight:*** Develop, implement, and manage processes and procedures to ensure efficiency, compliance, and alignment with aerospace industry standards.* Monitor key performance metrics (KPIs) such as response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores, taking corrective action as necessary.* Oversee the development of tools and systems to enhance customer service operations.**Strategic Planning:*** Collaborate with senior leadership to align customer service strategies with overall business goals and objectives.* Identify market trends, customer needs, and opportunities for growth within the aerospace sector.* Drive initiatives to enhance service delivery, optimize workflows, and improve operational scalability.**Cross-Functional Collaboration:*** Work closely with sales, engineering, supply chain, and other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination in meeting customer demands.* Partner with compliance and quality assurance teams to ensure adherence to aerospace regulations and standards.**Regulatory and Industry Compliance:*** Ensure all customer service processes comply with aerospace industry regulations and certifications.* Stay updated on changes in aerospace standards and best practices, implementing necessary updates in operations.**Financial and Resource Management:*** Manage departmental budgets, ensuring cost-effective operations while maintaining high service standards.* Allocate resources effectively to meet customer and business demands.**What We Are Looking For*** 8–10+ years of experience in customer service, commercial operations, or business management, preferably in the aerospace or aviation industry.

+ At least 5 years of leadership experience managing teams in a high-pressure, customer-facing environment.* **Skills and Competencies:**

+ Strong leadership and people management skills, with a proven ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.

+ In-depth understanding of aerospace industry regulations, standards, and customer requirements.

+ Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.

+ Strategic thinking with the ability to balance long-term goals with day-to-day operational demands.

+ Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software, data analysis tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.

+ Experienced with continuous improvement and business process improvement* **Certifications:**

Certifications related to aerospace standards (e.g., AS9100, FAA regulations) or project management (e.g., PMP, Lean Six Sigma) are a plus.This position requires use of information which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or the Export Administration Regulations (EAR).
