$25.00-$30.00 Per Hour Reports To:
Marketing and Creative Director We’re on the hunt for a creative powerhouse with a sharp eye for detail to join us as our next Graphic Design & Production Artist. In this role, you’ll bring ideas to life—crafting mockups, producing print and digital files, and making sure every design is pixel perfect. You’ll collaborate with our Marketing team and other departments to create impactful brand collateral, packaging, advertising, and more, all while helping us deliver work that inspires and catches attention. This position reports directly to the Marketing and Creative Director.
Responsibilities
Create and layout designs using Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
Collaborate with the Art Director and Marketing team on creative projects.
Plan, design, format, and revise digital artwork based on project needs and specifications.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to brand guidelines.
Build additional assets from existing designs or creative direction.
Prepare prepress files for printing, including PDFs for client review.
Check final files for correct formatting, sizing, bleed/margins, and color profiles.
Maintain organized archives of design files, fonts, and assets.
Identify opportunities for process improvements.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Skills

Marketing experience, including campaign planning and execution
Omni-channel marketing knowledge (Instacart, Walmart Connect, etc.)
Digital advertising design and asset creation experience
Social media experience
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Marketing, or related field.
1–2 years of related experience (ideal for a recent graduate).
Strong understanding of both print and digital design principles.
Packaging design experience a plus.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Solid knowledge of print production and prepress processes.
Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Professional, adaptable, and solution-focused mindset.
