Responsibilities
Be an expert in client service processes and report to the Surety Business Process Leader. Work with various applications, including the agency management system and related platforms. Collaborate with the Business Process team and lead projects related to developing and implementing new processes and systems. Play a key role in significant changes or transitions from existing processes and ensure a connected client experience across disciplines. Design and implement solutions that maximize efficiency by connecting people to resources needed to execute within their roles. Participate in regional workgroups to define requirements, redesign, and implement best-in-class business processes, workflows, and data standards. Document and maintain procedures and other business process artifacts for training and ongoing reference. Collaborate with regional resources and stakeholders to identify problems and propose solutions, demonstrating MMA core values of integrity, collaboration, passion, innovation, and accountability. Qualifications
Understanding of the insurance brokerage business with 5+ years in the designated line of business. 5+ years of experience in a client-facing servicing and/or business process role. Proven critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to drive process improvement to improve efficiency, quality, and effectiveness of workflows and procedures by applying best practices. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple projects simultaneously, with demonstrated follow-through on deliverables. Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without sponsorship now or in the future. Experience working with agency management systems such as Applied Epic. These additional qualifications are a plus but not required: experience with a client relationship (CRM) system such as Salesforce; experience creating and maintaining procedure documentation. Note:
