Talent Acquisition Partner
responsible for managing the full-cycle recruiting process for a diverse portfolio of roles. You will act as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor to hiring managers and senior leadership, developing and executing innovative strategies to attract and hire the best talent in the market. Responsibilities
Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, from initial strategy meetings and sourcing to offer negotiation and closing. Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through various channels. Evaluate, interview, and present a diverse slate of qualified candidates to hiring managers, and solicit feedback to continuously refine recruiting strategies. Act as a strategic advisor to hiring managers and senior leadership, providing guidance on recruiting processes, market trends, and compensation. Ensure a superior candidate experience by providing timely communication, sharing valuable feedback, and effectively articulating the company's value proposition. Proactively identify and share solutions to add value, anticipate hiring needs, and streamline the recruitment process. Qualifications
3-5+ years of experience in a full-cycle recruiting role. Proven ability to source, engage, and pipeline qualified candidates using a variety of channels. Strong experience partnering with and advising hiring managers and senior stakeholders. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other modern recruiting tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter). Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
