Overview
The Digital Modernization Sector at Leidos currently has an opening for a User Activity Monitor (UAM) Engineer supporting the HEITS Contract as part of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Insider Threat Program (ITP). This role provides an exciting opportunity to support the UAM tool and its hosted infrastructure to identify insider threats through advanced analytics, monitoring, and data correlation to safeguard the DHS mission. Responsibilities
Support the User Activity Monitor Software solution, executing updates, changes, deployments, and other sustainment activities. Support UAM maintenance activities to ensure proper functionality and deployment throughout the enterprise. Address coverage gaps and ensure they are resolved. Assist ITP analysts with requests for new configurations, feeds, and other UAM-specific updates. Maintain documentation to effectively capture the configuration baseline. Support training for stakeholders on the usage of the UAM tool and help ensure a certification program for personnel development. Basic Qualifications
Bachelors degree with 8+ years of relevant experience, or Masters degree with 6+ years of relevant experience. Prior leadership responsibilities. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Experience in developing and maintaining technical documents, analyses, and reports. Experience preparing and presenting briefings to senior customer management and stakeholders. Experience with User Activity Monitoring products and platform. Active Top Secret government security clearance; ability to obtain DHS EOD SCI. Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree in IT Management, Engineering, or related field. 10+ years of IT service delivery management experience. Experience with User Activity Monitoring products and platforms. Experience with Everfox High Speed Guard Platform. Pay Range: $104,650.00 - $189,175.00.
