Job Title:
Senior ETL/ELT Developer Location: Washington, DC (Hybrid 3x/Week) Salary: DOE + full benefits Clearance: Must be able to obtain and maintain Public Trust Company Overview: TechSur Solutions is a digital services company whose mission is to enable digital transformation for our customers, improving quality and efficiency. Based in the DC metropolitan area, TechSur specializes in advanced cloud services, modernization for both IT structures and applications, leveraging Agile development, and data analytics. Since 2016, we have supported multiple impactful government programs. Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and maintain complex ETL/ELT pipelines, ensuring high performance and reliability. Develop SAP Data Services jobs to extract, transform, and load data from various source systems into Oracle-based data marts and data warehouses. Gather, document, and refine business and technical requirements to support end-to-end data processing workflows. Collaborate with business stakeholders, data analysts, architects, and fellow developers to deliver robust and scalable data solutions. Maintain and support existing SAP Data Services implementations. Follow and enforce best practices in system design, development, and documentation. Create and maintain accurate technical documentation for data processes. Required Skills And Experience
At least 8+ years of hands-on experience designing and developing ETL processes for data warehousing and migration projects. 10+ years of experience writing SQL. 3+ years of experience with SAP Data Services or equivalent ETL tools (e.g., SSIS, Informatica, IBM DataStage). Strong understanding of relational and dimensional data modeling (5+ years). 2+ years of experience in federal government contracting. 2+ years working within Agile development teams. In-depth knowledge of ETL best practices, performance optimization, and data modeling. Strong requirements gathering and communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey technical concepts to business stakeholders. Resourceful, detail-oriented, and highly organized team player with excellent problem-solving abilities. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Management, or a related technical field. 10+ years of relevant experience. Job Details
