Essential Responsibilities
Performs portions of work assignments requiring general SaaS and enterprise-wide applications knowledge and developing business expertise Supports and may lead enterprise-wide applications projects of limited scope impacting information technology or enterprise systems functions Analyzes and makes decisions within limited parameters under regular supervision Receives regular and general instruction and guidance from more experienced colleagues on work in the form of specific objectives Minimum Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Preferred Qualifications
Ability to communicate clearly with stakeholders across regions and functions Ability to deliver accurate results while managing competing priorities Ability to maintain accurate documentation and lead meetings when needed Capacity to learn complex systems quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment Comfort balancing automated and manual processes Confidence in public speaking and delivering presentations Experience in access management (Attribute-Based Access Control is a plus) Identify, develop, or implement AI tools to improve access management processes, including automating access reviews, detecting unusual activity, and enhancing compliance controls.
