Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree and at least 20 years of progressive HR leadership experience Strong foundation in core HR functions and a track record in professional services firms Experience in employee-owned environments is highly valued Background in PE-backed settings may be advantageous Strategic thinker with exceptional communication and trust-building skills Highly structured, analytical, and client-service oriented Ability to lead organizational change and drive strategic execution Willingness to travel as needed Functions
