Indirect Procurement Manager

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Indirect Procurement Manager to join our Supply Chain team. In this role, you will lead sourcing initiatives, manage supplier partnerships, and drive cost savings across multiple indirect spend categories, with a strong focus on facilities, chemicals, pallets, co-manufacturing, and water/wastewater treatment. You’ll act as a key business partner to operations, manufacturing, and corporate functions—ensuring procurement strategies align with organizational goals while delivering measurable value. Responsibilities

Lead sourcing and category management for indirect spend, including facilities management, processing & packaging chemicals, pallets, water treatment, and wastewater treatment. Develop and execute category strategies to optimize cost, mitigate risk, and improve supplier performance. Manage the full RFP process—bid development, vendor evaluation, and contract negotiation. Partner with legal to draft service agreements and secure favorable contract terms. Collaborate with transportation, warehousing, and manufacturing teams on supplier selection and service agreements. Oversee vendor relationships, ensuring compliance, monitoring KPIs, and resolving issues. Analyze spend, forecast market trends/inflation, and support budget planning. Track and report on savings, supplier performance, and productivity pipeline progress. Drive continuous improvement in procurement processes and support cross-functional initiatives. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Engineering, Finance, or related field. 5+ years of indirect procurement experience within food, beverage, chemical, or manufacturing industries. Proven success in RFP leadership, vendor negotiations, and contract lifecycle management. Strong understanding of processing & packaging operations and water/wastewater treatment; aseptic and piping knowledge is a plus. Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and influencing skills across multiple levels. Strong analytical mindset and project management skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
