The

Director of Acquisition Marketing

will be responsible for meeting brand growth objectives by developing and executing strategies to acquire new customers to our brand.com sites. They will lead the Affiliate programs and partnerships as well as lower funnel Paid Search & Social programs and media agency relationship on behalf of the North America E-Commerce Team. The position needs to have an in-depth understanding of SEM and how to drive e-commerce sales through effective and cost-efficient marketing programs. The position requires a combination of analytical, strategic and creative thinking to manage revenue goals while staying ahead of rapidly changing industry and channel trends. The Director will work directly with the brand Online leads and VP of E-Commerce to create and execute strategic plans that drive measurable growth, continuously analyzing and improving campaign results, driving customer acquisition and increasing conversion through Branded ROI and incrementality focused programs. Reports to the VP of Online, Estee Lauder/Bobbi Brown/Lab Series North America. Works closely with Consumer Engagement, Digital Catalyst, Creative, Production, Customer Service, Corporate Partners and 3rd party Vendors. Responsibilities Paid Search & Social: Lead the strategy and execution of lower funnel Paid Search and Social campaigns across the portfolio of brands in partnership with our agencies. Monitor, track and report on campaign performance on an ongoing basis while focusing on competitive trends and adjusting spend as necessary. Present key insights and performance reports to the larger growth marketing team, brand stakeholders, and leadership. Manage day-to-day communications with agency partners and internal stakeholders, ensuring cross-channel visibility, coordination, and a thorough understanding of the marketing calendar. Lead Paid Search & Social budget management: Manage POs, Invoices and A&P within each brand P&L. Optimize programs and creative to ensure highest volume of incremental sales return. Full Funnel media planning in partnership with Consumer Engagement. Forecast revenue and traffic goals to meet brand targets. Develop and lead comprehensive testing roadmaps across channels to continuously identify opportunities for new customer acquisition, growth, incrementality and optimization. Scale successful findings and strategies across multiple brands. Regularly update internal teams, brand leaders, and leadership on channel education, performance, trends, and opportunities, while maintaining a strong sense of ownership and accountability for results. Partner with NA Catalyst Growth team on ongoing performance and optimizations to utilize across the funnel to drive engagement and ROI. Manage necessary data for online reporting and database maintenance. Affiliate Marketing Lead and execute comprehensive Affiliate marketing strategies to drive traffic, acquire new customers, and increase sales across all brands within the beauty and cosmetics segment. Lead the identification, recruitment, and onboarding of high-quality Affiliate partners aligned with our brand values and target audience. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align Affiliate marketing initiatives with broader business objectives and promotional campaigns. Help manage the affiliate marketing budget effectively, allocate resources efficiently, and prioritize initiatives to achieve maximum ROI. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Affiliate partners, agency and platform account managers, NA online business operations and internal brand.com online teams to drive collaboration and mutual success. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging partners in affiliate and influencer marketing to identify new opportunities and remain competitive in the beauty space. Online Analytics & Reporting Analyze performance metrics, track KPIs, and provide regular reports to assess the effectiveness of Affiliate marketing activities and optimize performance and commission strategy. Provide updates and actions to brands and leadership. Create revenue forecasts on a daily/monthly/yearly level that are rooted in current and historical trends and key performance indicators (traffic, revenue, AOV, CVR). Forecast New Customer Acquisition Targets to reach revenue targets. Data collection for daily/weekly/monthly reporting on sales, traffic and customer behavior. Compile reports with key learnings and a summary of recommendations. Qualifications Minimum of 5-7 years in growth marketing with a focus on acquisition channels with at least 3 years of hands-on, real-time execution and campaign management experience. Strong experience with advertising on Meta, TikTok, Snap, and Pinterest, as well as up and coming social platforms. Strong understanding of affiliate marketing principles, strategies, and best practices. Strong proficiency in data analysis and the ability to interpret performance metrics to drive actionable insights and recommendations. Experience working in partnership with external agencies to execute and optimize acquisition strategies and paid media campaigns. Proven experience in managing channel budgets, as well as setting and achieving growth targets. Expertise in developing testing strategies (A/B testing, creative testing, etc.) and applying findings across multiple campaigns. Experience negotiating partnership deals with various payment models (CPA, CPM, CPL, CPC, etc). Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present data insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders. Highly organized with a strong attention to detail, capable of managing multiple campaigns and projects in a fast-paced environment. Experience in a fast-paced ecommerce environment with a deep understanding of beauty or consumer product marketing a plus. Highly collaborative and able to work cross-functionally with various teams (creative, data, finance, etc.). Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently. Results-driven with a passion for scaling new customer acquisition. Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Pay Range The anticipated base salary range for this position is

$120,550.00

to

$208,200.00 . Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program as well as participation in the share incentive plan.
