The Senior Financial Integration Consultant is part of Workday’s Global Technical Services organization dedicated to financial implementation of our cloud-based software. The team collaborates with customers to build effective and efficient Workday integration solutions, with a focus on GL, AR, AP, Inventory, PSA, and related financial processes. The goal is to grow our financial integrations expertise and capacity in leadership and architecture. Role and Responsibilities
Coordinate assigned deliverable schedules to ensure client timelines are met. Provide guidance to clients or service partners on integration strategies. Contribute to the customer experience with Workday’s integration products, tools, and services to achieve high customer satisfaction. Lead project teams through integration discovery and scoping phases of their implementation projects. Engage in the sales cycle where appropriate to help scope integration projects. Proactively share knowledge with teammates on financial integration topics. Provide consultative support to more junior consultants on projects. Surface implementation and process challenges to leadership and suggest improvements. About You
Basic Qualifications
Minimum 5+ years of demonstrated integration or technical experience in Workday Financials OR 10+ years in ERP domains (GL, Banking, AP, Procurement, AR). Minimum 5+ years’ experience in architecture, design and build of integration solutions using tools such as Workday Studio, Workday Orchestrate, XSLT, SAP ABAP, Java, JavaScript, .NET, C++, SQL, or other Financial ERP/Middleware technologies. Strong understanding of financial/accounting principles. Minimum 4+ years with the ability to consult as an advisor or architect on customer implementations. Ability to lead small teams of Integration Consultants on multiple projects and mentor on best practices. Other Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; finance or accounting is a plus. Compensation and Benefits
The annual base salary ranges and location-based pay are listed on the posting. This role may be eligible for bonuses or stock grants as part of the total compensation package. Compensation offers are based on location, experience, skills, duties, and business need. For more information on benefits, see the posting. Primary Location : USA.GA.Atlanta Base Pay Range : $116,900 - $175,400 USD (primary); $111,100 - $197,300 USD (additional US locations). Colorado adjustments may apply where relevant.
