About The Role As a Senior Art Director, you’ll conceptualize, articulate, and create comps/moodboards to complement and sell-in ideas. We are looking for someone who is able to pull visual looks, build stunning decks, and work in a variety of mediums, from banner ads to web to film. The position involves experience working with a partner as a creative team, creating well-rounded, strategically grounded and world-class creative.

Responsibilities

Concepts: The Sr Art Director will work under the guidance of an Associate Creative Director or a Creative Director to develop concepts and directions for creative ideas, campaigns, and executions. This will require them to make conceptual and stylistic decisions to illustrate their idea to other members of the team or management. This work can be done in conjunction with teams they’re reporting to or working alongside.

Workload: Must have the ability to work on more than one project at a time. This includes abiding by timelines, receiving direction, and collaborating — all with a great eye for detail. They will also have the ability to self-cull ideas, and act as their own quality control for their projects by reviewing and editing their work before it is seen by the larger agency group or clients.

Client Presentations & Presentations: The Sr Art Director will often attend client meetings. It’s expected that a Senior Creative will be able to clearly communicate an idea in a formal client setting, conduct themselves in a friendly, professional, and approachable manner.

Staying Curious: Senior creatives should consume as much culture, content, and trends as possible to help advise the work they create. You should demonstrate curiosity for the world and the things people create within it, whether it's a new AI platform, social media trends, art, music, film, lit, greatest hits of advertising, or new, emerging thought leadership on media, tech, and creativity. It’s all part of the self-starter, always curious, never-not-learning approach that we look for at the Senior level.

Skills: Senior Creatives should be confident with their ability to ideate, while also being reliable and fast-paced. As they master skills, they should continue to take on new skills, constantly growing and expanding their capabilities. A working and ever increasing knowledge of new AI capabilities is a must.
