As a Compliance Operations Specialist, you'll be the gatekeeper of accuracy and compliance, ensuring that all external marketing materials meet the highest standards. Your impact will be felt across various teams, from legal and compliance to creative and production, as you collaborate to review and validate marketing assets before they reach the public. This role offers a unique opportunity to combine your passion for detail with your project management skills in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You will be an integral part of a rapidly growing team, contributing directly to the success of marketing campaigns for a range of services.

Responsibilities

Manage the evolving compliance needs across various lines of business related to paid marketing.

Develop and execute compliance processes, ensuring all marketing assets are thoroughly vetted before launch.

QA all marketing assets prior to launch, meticulously reviewing for accuracy, compliance, and adherence to brand guidelines.

Track all live assets, maintaining a comprehensive record of reviews, approvals, and revisions.

Act as a liaison between the External Marketing Group and cross-functional stakeholders, facilitating communication and collaboration.

Communicate project updates to key stakeholders, gaining consensus on prioritization and ensuring alignment.

Maintain accurate records of all reviews, approvals, and revisions made to marketing materials.

Must-Have Qualifications

3+ years of experience in project management, operations management, or equivalent support roles.

Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to navigate ambiguity effectively.

Proven ability to work autonomously, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Demonstrated ability in reviewing marketing assets for quality assurance.

Proficiency with media asset management systems (e.g., Wrike).

Prior experience working with marketing teams, compliance teams, and/or regulatory teams.

A general understanding of the end-to-end marketing campaign process, including creative specs and creative management.

Strong verbal and written communication, organization, and time management skills.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

Knowledge of financial services marketing and/or legal requirements related to financial services.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $33.57 to $37.31 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
