We are seeking a Caregiver Lead to join our team who is able to remain professional in ALL scenarios. In this role, you will make a difference in the lives of seniors and people with disabilities by enhancing their quality of life. Responsibilities include on-call schedule, starting cases, changes/updates to plan of care, introducing permanent caregivers to clients/family members, family/client complaints or concerns, light housekeeping and errands, medication reminders, completing home safety assessments, and conducting quality assurance visits. The ideal candidate is patient, compassionate, knowledgeable, and reliable. Responsibilities

Assist with personal hygiene needs and dressing Assist with mobility, walking, and physical therapy exercises Prepare meals and snacks Light housekeeping activities Medication reminders Provide companionship Assist with errands and shopping On-call schedule Training/Onboarding caregivers Quality assurance visits for both caregivers and clients Able to problem solve in various situations Drive for the client if needed Starting cases, changes/updates to plan of care Introducing permanent caregivers to clients/family members Family/client complaints or concerns Completing home safety assessments Qualifications

Previous experience as a Caregiver, Home Health Aide, or similar role is preferred Must have Indiana HHA/CNA Certification Must have an active CPR card issued by The American Heart Association or The American Red Cross Recent Two-step TB/PPD test or an equivalent blood test within the last year Ability to lead and educate others Knowledge of basic housekeeping tasks Ability to adhere to all health and safety guidelines Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Compassionate, respectful, ethical Must have reliable transportation, driver's license and insurance
