AIS is a dedicated in-house team that provides asset management, origination, risk analytics, capital, and M&A services to insurance clients, currently managing $22Bn+ of AUM and serving Aspida as investment manager, capital solutions provider, and corporate development partner. Responsibilities

Manage daily interactions with existing investors, coordinating across AIS, Ares, and Aspida teams to respond to ad hoc requests, prepare quarterly investor reporting, and coordinate marketing materials. Assist with marketing strategy and creation of marketing and due diligence materials for AIS and Aspida. Support key strategic priorities and provide high visibility to senior management and investors; demonstrate entrepreneurial, organizational, interpersonal, and analytical skills with strong writing capabilities. Specific Tasks Will Include

Coordinate logistics and presentation materials for investor meetings and industry conferences Draft written correspondence to investors including mass communications and customized meeting follow-ups Conduct ongoing market and competitor research, including monitoring peer performance and strategies Create and develop content for marketing and due diligence materials such as teasers and confidential information memorandums Liaise across functions to obtain and synthesize information from investment, performance, legal, tax, operations, finance, and accounting teams to prepare communication materials Work on strategic projects for new business development initiatives Help manage marketing initiatives in targeted regions and investor channels Coordinate due diligence and onboarding processes for new investors Core Responsibilities For The Vice President Role Include

Client Service and Relationship Management: share responsibilities to provide fundraising and portfolio updates and ensure all client deliverables including routine and ad hoc reporting are met Selling & Diligence: serve as a key point of contact for business development to demonstrate investment knowledge, address concerns, and guide through diligence; assist in developing and maintaining investment marketing and client materials Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required FINRA Series 7, 63 and SIE licenses required (or ability to obtain within 3 months from start date) General Requirements

Exceptional attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and organization Problem solver able to research solutions and suggest resolutions Highly motivated, able to set priorities, multi-task, and meet aggressive deadlines Takes initiative with a strong work ethic and a culture of continuous improvement Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment Highly proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word Compensation

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $160,000 - $220,000. Total compensation may include a discretionary performance-based bonus.
