We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented
Warehouse Specialist
to support our operations in Anchorage, AK. This role focuses primarily on warehouse operations with occasional local deliveries. If you enjoy maintaining an organized environment, working collaboratively, and being hands-on, this is a great opportunity to be part of a high-performing team. What You'll DoWarehouse Responsibilities (Primary Focus - ~70%)
Accurately pull parts for service and outgoing orders Process, package, and document outgoing shipments Receive and inspect incoming stock orders Organize and shelve stock to ensure proper inventory flow Perform regular cycle counts and assist with inventory management Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment Assist with returns and coordinate with vendors Rotate stock and reorganize inventory as needed
Driving Responsibilities (Secondary Focus - ~30%)
Safely deliver parts to customers or pick up materials from vendors Operate company vehicles in compliance with traffic laws and company policies Conduct pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs Assist with loading/unloading materials during deliveries
What You BringQualifications & Skills
Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, business systems) Experience with material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.) Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills Familiarity with shipping documents and part numbering systems Team-oriented mindset with effective communication and problem-solving abilities
Education & Experience
High school diploma or GED required 1+ year of warehouse experience (engine or industrial parts background preferred) Valid driver's license with clean driving record
Physical Requirements
Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly Comfortable with standing, bending, and operating warehouse equipment for long periods Willingness to drive in various weather and traffic conditions
Working Conditions
Majority of work performed in a warehouse environment Occasional local deliveries using company vehicles Flexibility for schedule adjustments, including some evenings or weekends if needed
