As a Senior Design Lead, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the design process for comprehensive architectural building projects, including the coordination of complex civil, mechanical, and electrical engineering systems. Your responsibilities will encompass: Creating detailed scale plans for structures, installations, and construction projects based on preliminary concepts, design guidelines, and leadership directives. Independently producing 2D and 3D detailed construction drawings and designs using CAD or BIM software. Employing your judgment to generate complete architectural construction documents through the use of CAD and Revit. Interpreting and applying company and regulatory standards on all designs and layouts. Collaborating on schematic concepts with clients to align with their programs. Analyzing and modifying data derived from subconsultant drawings and reports. Digitizing electronic files into usable CAD formats. Ensuring all drawings comply with corporate CAD standards. Researching design options and relevant code issues. Providing exceptional customer service to clients. Executing redline markups as directed. Reviewing civil and SMEP plans to ensure alignment with architectural designs. Finalizing redlines, printing check drawings, and conducting reviews before returning completed work. Undertaking other project-related duties as assigned. Position Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Interior Design with a minimum of 6 years of experience; or 10+ years of related experience and/or training in lieu of a degree. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit. Familiarity with SketchUp, 3D Rendering Software, Photo Editing Software, Newforma, and Microsoft Office Suite.
