In partnership with the General Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the profitability of the restaurant, as well as the satisfaction of both guests and team members.
Requirements:
4 years of Food & Beverage/Hospitality experience is essential.
Prior management experience is required.
ServeSafe Certification is preferred.

You will oversee adherence to all safety procedures to protect guests and team members alike, and ensure the longevity of all equipment.
Your responsibilities will include maintaining exceptional food and service quality, as well as managing the ordering of food, drinks, and supplies. Additionally, you will be instrumental in recruiting, hiring, training, and retaining outstanding team members for all roles within the restaurant.
