Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to drive business insights by developing dashboards, reports, and analytical views. The candidate will craft and manipulate data assets by integrating diverse data sources, perform ad-hoc queries, and conduct in-depth analyses to deepen understanding of customer engagement. This role demands a strong partnership with product and business teams to align on requirements and KPIs.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver business insights by creating comprehensive dashboards, reports, and analyst views. Build new data assets by integrating data from multiple sources. Support ad-hoc data queries and conduct in-depth analyses for customer engagement insights. Analyze existing data sets to produce meaningful reports, insights, and diagnostics. Collaborate with product and business teams to understand requirements and KPIs effectively.
Must-Have Skills:
Expertise in at least one BI tool (Tableau/PowerBI). Strong SQL abilities and familiarity with Hive/Hadoop or similar big data technologies. Proficient in Python coding and Excel.
Industry Experience:
Experience in a subscription business model is preferred but not essential.
The ideal candidate will bring at least 3 years of relevant, progressive experience in analytics or BI roles, focusing on generating business reports and insights.
