Job Summary:

The Project Manager will be responsible for delivering construction projects safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires expertise in managing the full project lifecycle, aligning with internal teams and external partners, and applying industry best practices to drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver construction projects on schedule, within budget, and to defined quality standards.
• Consistently apply and optimize Rolls-Royce construction processes and standards.
• Support reviews of construction services to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, external suppliers, and partners to ensure accountability and performance.
• Work closely with Rolls-Royce business units and central support functions to ensure seamless project execution.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong background in infrastructure or construction project management.
• Experience managing the full project lifecycle and engaging stakeholders effectively.
• Knowledge of industry standards, safety protocols, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• PMP certification or equivalent project management credential.
