MBA Energy & Industrial is hiring an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead large-scale industrial and commercial projects across the Southwest, Plains, and Rockies. We’re looking for a professional who can own projects $10M+ in value from preconstruction through closeout, keeping budgets tight, schedules on track, and clients confident every step of the way.

What You’ll Do
- Lead all phases of construction projects $10M+ in value
- Manage teams of Superintendents, Project Engineers, and subcontractors
- Direct RFIs, RFPs, bidding, buyout, and contract negotiations
- Own project budgets, cost tracking, schedules, and performance reporting
- Review drawings, submittals, and change orders with sharp attention to detail
- Conduct site visits, enforce safety standards, and issue actionable updates
- Serve as the primary client contact — building trust and delivering results
What You Bring
- 8–12 years of experience as a Project Manager for a General Contractor
- Proven track record of delivering multiple $10M+ projects successfully
- Experience with PEMB or structural steel systems preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills — able to direct teams and influence stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management (or related field strongly preferred)
- Candidates with residential-only experience will not be considered

- $100k+ based on experience
