Trinity Electrical Services, LLC is seeking qualified candidates to consider for the role of Project Manager – Electrical Construction. This role would be primarily based out of our home office in Baxley, GA, with project travel required across the southeastern United States. Remote work locations will be considered with regular travel to our home office and project sites required.

Responsibilities
- Perform duties to the highest standards of quality, integrity, honesty and building positive relationships with coworkers and associates. These will be focused on meeting the mission of Trinity Electrical Services, LLC while striving for maximum project success and profitability.
- Demonstrate technical expertise in electrical construction, preferably in airfield lighting, high mast/sports lighting, heavy commercial and horizontal installations, including working knowledge of national and local electrical codes and safety standards.
- Ensure work under your management is installed to the company’s and OSHA construction industry safety standards, as well as any customer-specific safety requirements.
- Understanding of unit pricing structure, DOT and FAA contract requirements including AIA billing formats, how to prepare and submit with related documentation.
- Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and related contract documents to understand project-specific requirements for constructability.
- Provide management support to field installers including relevant project documents (internally and customer-furnished), as well as expertise, guidance and resolutions offered. This includes regular communication and site visits as needed to have full awareness of project details.
- Ability to develop project schedules with manpower, equipment and material resource loading to implement and meet contractual timeframes.
- Ability to work with field leaders to determine the timing of resources needed to meet project schedule requirements for manpower, equipment and materials.
- Ability to communicate clearly the project details to field installers, customers, and vendors to ensure resources are applied in a timely manner and relevant issues are recognized and addressed appropriately.
- Recognize discrepancies in project documents and field conditions that may result in Requests for Information (RFIs) to submit for response, and/or changes in scope for time and schedule adjustment requests.
- Understanding of project budgeting, (including how to create, track and manage), and project finances including earned revenue, under/over billings, forecasting and cash flow.
- Ability to compile a bill of materials for project buy outs, submit for quoting to approved vendors, consider pricing and terms before making authorized purchases.
- Be proficient in MS Office suite software and construction-related software platforms (Procore, Fieldwire, Sage, etc.) that may be required for project communication and documentation.
- Ability to read and interpret prime contracts and subcontracts, negotiate terms and conditions to effectively manage to both the letter and spirt of the language contained therein.
- Understand cost and revenue pricing structure to prepare estimates and change orders for internal review, the be able to submit proposals accordingly.
- Adhere to the company's handbook and policies of conduct and safety while holding those reporting to you to the same standards.

Experience
- Preferred minimum of 5 years' experience in the electrical construction field commensurate with our core competencies.
- Related experience in similar heavy civil/horizontal construction will be considered.
- A degree in construction management or equivalent from an institute of higher learning as demonstrated experience will be considered.
- Understanding of the National Electric Code through trade classes, licensing or certifications that may be requested for documentation.
- Experience with construction estimating software and construction accounting software.
