Required Proficiency In:

  • Preparing and managing submittals.
  • Developing and responding to RFIs (Requests for Information).
  • Interpreting geo-technical reports.
  • Performing conceptual estimating during early project phases.
  • Coordinating all aspects of design across disciplines.
  • Leading design-build projects from inception to completion.
  • Managing various delivery types of design-build projects, ensuring successful execution from concept through closeout.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and oversee project budgets, ensuring cost-efficiency and fiscal responsibility.
  • Create and maintain detailed project schedules to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Provide accurate, detailed estimates to support effective planning and execution.
  • Manage contracts, change orders, and all relevant project documentation with efficiency and precision.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Associate’s Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field or work experience.
  • 3+ years of experience and/or extensive knowledge within construction project management/estimating (including project scheduling, document management, and cost/budget control).
  • Strong leadership, management, communication, organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Capable of developing constructive and cooperative working relationships with coworkers, contractors, architects, engineers, vendors, and customers/clients.
