Harbor., we pride ourselves on serving our community with quality and care. If you're a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, we’d love to hear from you!

As a service team member at Colossus , you’ll be at the heart of our customer experience. Your responsibilities will include:

- Crafting delicious coffee and espresso drinks with precision and care ☕

- Providing friendly and efficient service to all guests

- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace

- Assisting with daily tasks, including stocking supplies and supporting the team as needed

- Representing Colossus Bread’s values of quality, hard work, and community

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

- 1 year of experience as a barista or in a similar customer-facing role

- A strong work ethic and the ability to stay motivated during busy shifts

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- A passion for coffee, baked goods, and creating memorable experiences

- A team-oriented mindset and a willingness to jump in wherever needed
