Responsibilities

• Respond to high-volume inbound calls while compassionately handling questions and concerns
• Schedule new patient appointments
• Utilize trained sales techniques to achieve company goals for appointments set and customer satisfaction
• Perform various duties as assigned by the Call Center Leadership team

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Access to high-speed internet
• Must have Cable/Fiber internet (no WiFi/cellular/hotspot) with at least 100 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload
• Ability to manage high call volume
• Desire to exceed customer service expectations
• Experience in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment
• Previous call center experience is a plus
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus

Compensation

Compensation: $14.50 per hour with potential for performance-based bonuses paid monthly.
