$60,000 Responsibilities:
Organize & Manage Matters:
Maintain files, docket events, and ensure smooth case flow. Draft & Review Documents:
Prepare
trusts, wills, and estate planning documents
with precision for attorney review. Support Clients:
Communicate updates, gather information, and assist clients with form completion. Administrative Support:
Assist with e-filing, phone coverage, scheduling, and notarizing documents. Team Collaboration:
Participate in weekly case management meetings and contribute to a supportive, team-oriented culture. Qualifications:
Most Important:
5+ years of Florida Estate Planning experience, including trust drafting, is non-negotiable.
Candidates without this experience will not be considered.
Strong preference for candidates with
advanced paralegal education or certification . Excellent oral and written communication skills. Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred. Strong time management and organizational skills. Proficiency with
WealthCounsel
and/or
Westlaw Form Builder
(or similar document-building software). Experience with
Clio Manage
(or similar case management software). Proficiency with Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Calendar) preferred. Typing speed:
50–100 WPM required.
